Gift Vouchers

If you would like to give the gift of a stay at one of our pod sites get in touch with us, but below is the main information that you need to know!

Unfortunately we do not have an online gift voucher system (it’s in development), but for now we do have a work around for people that want to gift a stay.

Due to the nature of our individual partner sites what we need you to do is first is pick your pod site of choice – check out our LOCATIONS section to find out more.

Once you know which site suits you best, we then need to put an initial booking date in our calendar system (including pre-payment). You can do this one of two ways:

  1. ONLINE BOOKING* – If you have a date in mind, book a night or a package via our website using the ‘book now’ button within the pod site listing.  Then simply drop us an email to say that you have bought this as a gift and would like a voucher pdf for the true recipient.  We will need the reference name of the recipient so we can put a note on our system – they can then get in touch with us to update their details to receive all the information about their stay. 
  2. EQUIVALENT VOUCHER** – Email/Call us with the details of what you want and we can initially book a  future ‘dummy date’ with you directly to the average value of £150**.  We can then put a note on the booking that it is an equivalent gift voucher booking and that the true customer will call and confirm the preferred date/details.  We can then move the recipient to their preferred date if they give us at least 30 days notice. 

Gift Voucher & Instructions On How To Redeem

Once you purchase the gift stay we will pop you through a gift voucher document that you will be able to print off/email with the booking reference and instructions of how to update the booking with the recipient details and preferred date.  Please note the booking confirmation will go directly to you until the new details are supplied.

* OPTION 1:  T&C’s of Online Booking

  • The stay/reservation is pre-booked and paid in full as per the online reservation.
  • The true customer will be allowed to amend the booking date, but a minimum of 15 days notice is required for the new booking date and the cash value cannot be exchanged.
  • If the rate of the night is higher or if the customer wants to opt for a package/special offer that is off a higher value, then the new customer will pay for the difference.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for another FURTHER.SPACE pod site.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change, refunds or credit is given if the value of the booking is less than the original booking.
  • The gift voucher ‘stay date’ is as per the online booking, unless otherwise directly agreed with FURTHER.SPACE.  If the recipient does not turn up for the stay the booking will be treated as completed on the system.   
  • Lost or stolen vouchers – the purchaser of the voucher will be stored on the system and will be asked to state the name of the voucher recipient(s). Only the original purchaser of the voucher or the named recipient can claim the voucher either via phone or email. 
  • Voucher information and instructions will be provided via a pdf document that will be emailed to the purchaser of the voucher.
  • Vouchers are the online booking, any additional items such as add-on’s can be purchased directly by the customer at a later date or as an addition at the time of booking.
  • The pod (per night) sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 kids (double bed and bunk beds).

**OPTION 2:  T&C’s of Gift Voucher Equivalent

  • The stay/reservation is pre-booked and paid in full as per a standard booking.
  • Voucher will be purchased for the value of £150 per night (accommodation only).
  • The true customer will be allowed to amend the booking date, but a minimum of 30 days notice is required for the new booking date.
  • £150 is an average rate to cover a peak fri/sat night in off-season and a mid-week Mon-Fri night in peak season. If the rate of the night is higher or if the customer wants to opt for a package/special offer that is off a higher value, then the new customer will pay for the difference.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for another FURTHER.SPACE pod site.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change, refunds or credit is given if the value of the booking is less than the voucher.
  • The gift voucher ‘stay date’ must be claimed within 9 months of the original booking date. The customer can either stay on the booking date or move to a preferred date, however the date must be moved before ‘stay date’ otherwise the booking will be treated as completed on the system.   Please email [email protected] with the update.
