All our landowners have the option to buy our pod over a period. You set the deposit, which dictates the annual payments. A final payment is required for the title to pass from Further Space to the landowner.

Natural England has granted Further Space Ltd a certificate of exemption. This allows your proposed site to be certified as a Further Space location for 12 months at a time. We consult with the local Planning Authority and National Park (if applicable) during our due diligence process. Please note our certification does not replace their approval process. If granted, you will become a member of Further Space’s glamping community.
